Pickled Ginger Catering specializes in sushi and coastal cuisine. Our chefs have decades of experience creating menu offerings that are as beautifully presented as they are delicious. We feature the most sustainable, local, seasonal products available, offer plant-based alternatives to our traditional menu items, and are happy to accommodate all dietary needs. We provide on-site preparation or delivery to San Diego and Orange County.
SUSHI BAR SERVICES
Chef will arrive at your venue with a full sushi case and all the fish and fixings needed to create rolls, nigiri and sashimi for your guests. Sushi is plated on attractive platters and served to guests buffet style.
$ Chef fee needed per 50 guests. Servers: $ for first 3 hours, $ for each additional hour no more than 30 guests per server

Our Executive Chef is known for creating multi-course, creative, and rule-breaking dining experiences that feature the freshest local and sustainable ingredients. These dinners are plated, featuring 6-10 courses. Menu will be written per dinner based on seasonal availability and Chef’s whim. *Service: $325 to include 1 Chef and 1 server for your event
For pick-up or delivery. Prices based on 6 pieces per guest; adjustments to piece count are welcome. $40 Delivery Fee included for orders less than $300
*If you would prefer a custom menu we are happy to oblige. All invoices will include 18% gratuity. We require a $1000 minimum for on-site catered events.
